Soul & Spirit

Your SOUL is the character, mind and the heart. It's how we differentiate between people. Whilst, the SPIRIT is the spirit that is only awaken in Christians. This is the spirit in which we bond with God through Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit.

I don't think I've been exposed to a clearer justification of 'soul' as this.
I'm just going to ramble from here cuz I felt something so deep when I heard this and it's not coming out right now....





The practice of seeking God, will make us whole, as that is feeding the SPIRIT.
I guess to be more specific it is the intimacy with God that feeds the spirit.
We already know that nothing in this world is lasting, therefore it cannot fulfill our spirits which is made so complex, yet so simple if given the right supplement.

And it is important to nourish our SPIRITS because it is the core part of our body. It affects our SOUL (character, mind, heart).
The difficult thing here is that MANY people aren't even aware of their Spirits.

random example:
Sex is a gift from God. For a man and a woman who have come together under oath to love, serve and care for each other until death. Now, the act of a man and a woman forming one flesh (having sex) is a spiritual act; they're exchanging, and interacting their spirits? or something or rather? I'm sorry I cannot explain this very clearly..

Anyway, hence the feeling one can be left with, the loss, the emptiness (a lot more for prostitutes I would say), the hurt, when we break up a relationship - a part of your spirit literally is lost as your soul mate took it away.

okay, I haven't put up a strong point here but I'm going to have to seal it up

as blunt as this conclusion may seem (or the whole writing probably), I'm sure I put in atleast a few helpful words to spark some other thoughts..
